1 Tbsp milk
one big piece of smoked salmon, cut in two
1.) Cut potatoes into medium sized pieces. Put them in a big saucepan, cover with water, then boil for about 20 minutes until soft when poked using a fork.
2.) Remove from heat. Add butter and milk, then mash with fork or potato masher until smooth and creamy. Season with salt to taste.
3.) Fry the salmon first for few minutes on each side. Then the asparagus.
4.) Assemble everything on a plate. Serve immediately.
